This self-healing Reiki experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.

In this guided class, you’ll be gently led through traditional Reiki Level 1 hand positions for self-healing, paired with calming meditation and immersive sound healing. Each hand placement becomes a moment of presence — allowing your nervous system to settle, your mind to quiet, and your energy to rebalance.

This is not a certification or a class you have to “get right.” It’s a space to breathe, receive, and learn how to support your own healing in a way that feels natural and empowering.

No prior Reiki experience is needed. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply craving deeper connection with yourself, this experience offers tools you can carry with you long after the session ends.
